GRAD SCHOOL HEALTH GUIDE
This zine draws inspiration from my intense dedication during graduate studies. It doesn't teach relaxation but visually expresses the hectic life of a graduate student—immersed in hard work, physically and mentally exhausted, and filled with tension. Moments of relaxation are interspersed. The design showcases emotions, emphasizing that anxiety is a double-edged sword, enhancing efficiency but potentially leading to madness.
Inspired by Stefan Sagmeister's "Things I Have Learned So Far," particularly "Worrying solves nothing," it profoundly influenced me, sparking creative ideas. Thus, I crafted this zine in a unique visual format to share my graduate school journey.
